Lead Renovator Inital Training
Effective April 22, 2010 the EPA will institute rule 40 CFR 745, stating that anyone performing renovations to pre-1978 structures must be certified as a "Lead Renovator". This class includes pre-renovation education requirements, certification training and work practice requirements. This 8 hour course if successfully completed will meet the EPA requirements for inital lead renovator.Presenter: Vince Runde

IICRC-AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician)
AMRT: (4 day course) -PREREQUISITE: MUST HAVE WRT TO OBTAIN AMRT- The Applied Microbial Remediation Technician course covers mold and sewage remediation techniques to individuals engaged in property management, property restoration, IEQ investigations or other related professions. Emphasis will be placed on teaching mold and sewage remediation techniques to individuals who will perform these procedures in the field. IICRC-CMT (Commercial Carpet Maintenance Technician)
CMT: (2 day course) The Commercial Carpet Maintenance Technician course teaches entry-level commercial carpet cleaning techniques to individuals engaged in the maintenance of commercial facilities. In addition to the basics of carpet construction, emphasis will be placed on teaching IICRC S100 carpet cleaning methodologies, safety procedures, and pro-active techniques to individuals who will perform these procedures in the field.
