CAI Restorative Drying (Novi)

Restorative Drying is approved by National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM)to fulfill continuing education requirements for CMCA certification. www.nbccam.org Earn 2 CE Credits. This course discusses the effects of water damage on various building materials and how to determine what can be dried and what will need to be replaced. Class time: 9am-Noon. WRT-Water Restoration Technician (Clean Trust Certification)

WRT: (3 day course) The Water Damage Restoration Technician course is designed to teach restoration personnel that perform remediation work to give them a better concept of water damage, it’s effects and techniques for drying of structures. This course will give residential and commercial maintenance personnel the background to understand the procedures necessary to deal with water losses, sewer backflows, and contamination such as mold. Lunch provided daily. Clean Trust test fee of $50.00 not included in the registration fee.

FSRT-Fire/Smoke Restoration Technician (Clean Trust Certification)

Students will experience live hands on use of instruments, extraction systems, drying equipment, and chemistry use in an actual flooded building situation. Lunch provided daily.
