Generations, Ethics and the Workplace

For the first time in history, there are five generations in the workplace. The traits, beliefs and life experiences of the generations affect their view of ethics, work and communication. This course will share information about each generation in light of these variances. Ethical guidelines can be developed to assist employees in the multigenerational work environment and beyond.
