Patrick brings a strong foundation of experience with over 30 years in construction including large projects and nuclear construction.  Using his extensive safety training and problem solving skills, Patrick offers the customer piece of mind that their project is being handled with the utmost care and respect.

Joining the team in 2019, Chris brings more than 25 years of experience leading a variety of complex organizations.

 

Chris has demonstrated a history of structured and innovative continuous improvement. Whether it be automotive assembly, supply chain or disaster restoration, he has a firm, fair and honest approach to identifying opportunities and implementing solutions that drive improvement and growth.

 

Using a deep knowledge of the lean/six sigma tool box, as well as, his principles of train, teach and coach, Chris endeavors to strengthen and empower every member of the team. 

 

Teamwork generates satisfied employees, and satisfied employees will consistently exceed our customer’s expectations.

Bob Graham
Chief Operating Officer

Bob Graham brings 23 years of construction experience, both in new construction and remodeling projects, to SunGlo.  He is well versed in Framing, Roofing, Siding, Insulation, Drywall, Painting, Wood Foundations, Finish Carpentry, Cabinetry, Concrete Flat Work, Modular Home Installations, and Commercial Construction.  With 10 years of experience at SunGlo and in insurance restoration, Bob has the extensive knowledge and advanced training necessary to effectively oversee the entire production department: Carpentry, Water Mitigation, Contents, Project Teams and Sub-contractors.
